2024 Fall Advanced Conference sponsorship checklist

October 28-29, 2024

  • Provide your company sign for display at the registration desk. Signs must be 2’ by 3’ (or less) on poster or foam board that can easily be displayed on an easel (supplied by SIA).
  • SIA provides the attendees with bags and other items. If you would like to provide any promotional items, such as pens or keychains, please ship these to the below shipping address to arrive between October 23-25. SIA “stuffs” the bags on Sunday prior to the conference. Please don’t provide anything made of glass (such as coffee mugs) since the bags are stacked and glass would likely break.


The Hotel will only accept packages three (3) days prior to your function date – so they can arrive between October 23-25- please send us tracking information so we can notify hotel of delivery.

  • Your sign must be received by October 25 if being shipped. Otherwise, you can hand deliver on the first day of the conference.

  • Provide your digital logo (.jpg or .png) to the Business Manager ( no later than Monday, October 21, 2024. Your Logo will be placed on slides for use at the beginning of the conference and for “rolling” slides that will run during lunchtime and breaks.
  • Sponsorships receiving conference registration or reception tickets must provide the name and email address for each recipient to the Business Manager ( no later than Monday, October 21, 2024.
