Seasoned speakers from the U.S. Government and industry will lead participants a series of topics highlighting how export controls are playing a major role in the current state of global affairs and how you can maintain compliance in this new normal. Over the course of the virtual three days, you will hear keynote addresses from speakers across the U.S. Government and the Hill and engage in discussions focusing on advanced topics including Part 130 compliance, the Foreign Direct Product rule, and OFAC sanctions, as well as hear updates from the U.S. Government on current regulatory changes that are in the works. Our Spring Advanced Conference will partner U.S. Government officials and experienced industry leaders to provide insight in managing these advanced export control issues. Staying up to date with export control policy and related regulations will further your understanding of the complexities of related business transactions and will help you to better support your company’s international business.
