9:00– 10:15 | AUKUS Exemption – View from Australia and United Kingdom - Tracking One Year Later and Plans for Future Updates. Leveraging AUKUS, the acronym for the trilateral security relations between Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, UK and Australian experts will share perspectives from their industry, impact of the excluded technology list on non-U.S. companies, timeline for approval to join the approved community, and differences in the UK and Australia's government's administration of the AUKUS exemption. This panel will discuss the current status of AUKUS, potential changes, and how U.S. industry should engage the UK and Australia in the discussion.

10:45 – 12:00 | DTSA's new 126.4 guidance: Since the U.S. Department of State revised the ITAR 126.4 exemption for the transfers of U.S. defense articles and defense services by/for U.S. government, there has been much discussion on how the exemption is implemented within the Services.
