SIA members are invited to the SIA Speaker Series with Mary Beth Morgan, Acting Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). Ms. Morgan oversees DSCA’s security cooperation programs and works with government and industry stakeholders to align the agency’s activities with U.S. foreign policy and national security objectives.

This one-hour program will include remarks from Ms. Morgan followed by a moderated question-and-answer session addressing timely issues such as Foreign Military Sales reform, pipeline efficiency, Indo-Pacific security cooperation, lessons from Ukraine, industrial base sustainability, technology transfer, and export controls.

CANCELLATIONS	Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to sia@siaed.org by Friday, September 4, 2026 to be eligible for a refund. There will be a $35 fee for all cancellations and bank returned checks. Refunds will not be provided for cancellation requests received after Friday, September 4, 2026.
