April 28, 2008 UPDATE - Notice on License Support Documentation

The U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (State/DDTC) has posted on its website eight Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on its updated procedures for licenses “in furtherance” of ITAR Part 124 Agreements. The updated procedures can be found in revised section 9.4 of State/DDTC’s Guidelines for Preparing Agreements
