State/DDTC Posts New or Updated Guidance on Several Topics

The U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (State/DDTC) has posted on its website the following new or updated guidance documents:

· Requests for Proviso Reconsideration and/or Clarification

· Supporting Documentation Requirements for DSP-73 and DSP-61 License Applications

· License Support Documentation

· General Correspondence for Amendment of Existing ITAR Authorizations Due to Foreign Entity Name/Address Change

· General Correspondence for Amendment of Existing ITAR Authorizations Due to U.S. Entity Name/Address Change and/or Registration Code Changes
